Indigo Road continues expanding at JCPenney

Plano, Texas – Emmy-nominated television personality Egypt Sherrod celebrated her latest collection’s launch with special appearances at stores in Texas.

The Everyday Living by now includes , quilts, decorative pillows, window treatments, , shower curtains, and home décor. The program, licensed and produced by S. Lichtenberg, debuted a year ago.

Drawing inspiration from architecture, artisan craftsmanship, natural materials and Sherrod’s travels throughout Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia, Indigo Road is designed to convey a globally collected aesthetic.

“Home has always been more than a place to me. It’s where our stories unfold,” says Sherrod, who has built a multifaceted brand spanning interior design, real estate, media and consumer products.

Indigo Road is slated to continue expanding across bedding, bath, , wallcoverings, decorative and future lifestyle categories. “Beautiful design should inspire people every day, and everyone deserves a home that reflects both comfort and intention,” she said.

To introduce the latest assortment, Sherrod greeted hundreds of customers at JCPenney stores in ‘s and ‘s Meyerland Plaza. Guests shopped the new collection, met Sherrod, and enjoyed music from her husband, television personality, realtor and DJ Mike Jackson.

The collection is now available in more than 300 JCPenney stores nationwide and online.
