Nashville, Tenn. – Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. has inked an agreement to acquire a national, technology-driven real estate services platform to provide end-to-end home ownership services.
Fathom Holdings‘ integrates residential brokerage, mortgage, title, insurance and homeowner financial services, which are powered by intelliAgent, its proprietary cloud-based software platform.
The acquisition fortifies BBB Inc.’s strategy to expand its reach beyond home furnishings retailing to provide consumers with a suite of services related to home ownership.

“Home ownership remains fragmented. People buy homes from one company, finance them through another, furnish them through a third and renovate them with someone else,” said Marcus Lemonis, executive chairman and CEO of BBB Inc. “We believe homeowners deserve something better.”
The financial particulars of the deal were not disclosed in today’s announcement. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
