Sustainable Furnishings at the High Point Market

Home Textiles Today Publisher Warren Shoulberg talks with Margaret Casey, president of the Sustainable Furnishings Council, about the growing use of eco-friendly materials in home furnishing products at this week's High Point Market. She said the current sustainability trend is to offer bio-based materials, adding that consumers are looking for product with minimal toxic input such as chemical pesticides, herbacides and dyes.
