At the New York Market – Building on the success of its cutwork placemats, runners and table toppers, Alpha Home Fashions is now also offering multiple sizes of tablecloths in the upscale construction. more

6. Maples expands “green” PET-fiber assortment in scatter, area and kitchen rugs
At the New York Market – Maples Rugs is aggressively pursuing its ongoing environmentally friendly initiatives with the expansion of its PET recycled fiber rug collection into new colorways and styles. more

7. Target debuts mobile coupons
Minneapolis – After debuting mobile gift cards last month, Target is launching a scannable mobile coupon program through which consumers receive offers on their mobile phones, then scan a barcode on the phone at checkout. more

Hudson, Ohio – Craft and fabric retailer Jo-Ann Stores reported a record fourth-quarter performance.
