5. Facebook top spot in social media for retailers
New York – As part of a study of nearly 10,000 visitors to the biggest e-retail websites in the U.S., ForeSee Results recently found Facebook is, by far, the best place to reach shoppers, both because it is where they already are and it is where they want to hear from retailers. more

6. Cindy Crawford expands into outdoor living at JCPenney
Plano, Texas – The Cindy Crawford Style brand is less than six months old, but JCPenney continues to roll it into new categories, most recently, outdoor furniture. more
