New York – December same-store sales rose 1.8% compared to a target of 2.1%, the Johnson Redbook reported today. more

2. Kohl’s to relocate Manhattan design office
Menomonee Falls, Wis. – Mid-tier department store chain Kohl’s Corp. this summer will relocate its New York design office to 1400 Broadway, which is double the size of its current site down the street at 1359 Broadway. more

New York – Ready-made slipcover and accessories supplier Sure Fit Inc. has been acquired by private equity firm Guardian Capital Partners (GCP). more
