1. Cannon in, Martha heading out at Sears, Kmart   
Hoffman Estates, Ill. – There has been no final disposition decision concerning the Martha Stewart Everyday program at Kmart, an arrangement that is scheduled to end by the end of 2009.  more  
2. D. Porthault debuts at Bergdorf Goodman 
New York – Luxury retailer Bergdorf Goodman has unveiled its new D. Porthault boutique, featuring exclusive products and custom finishings, located in its Decorative Home area on the 7th floor.  more  
 
3. Century Home to produce Simon Chang collection  
Toronto – Home textile supplier Century Home Fashions has signed a licensing agreement for bedding and home fashion accessories with women’s fashion designer Simon Chang.  more  
4. Alfaro license at Bon-Ton may extend to home  
York, Pa. – Department store operator The Bon-Ton Stores has entered a license and design contract with Victor Alfaro for an exclusive branded collection, Victor by Victor Alfaro, that will launch in women’s apparel and fashion goods – and may ultimately extend into home, the retailer said.  more  
5. Matchmaking offered by Global Home Textiles  
White Plains, N.Y. – Exhibitors and attendees at Global Home Textiles – and its sister show, Global Home Décor – are encouraged to participate in the new Matchmaking program that offers connections by matching database information.  more
