Radici names new gm

SPARTANBURG, SC — Marco Rossi has been named general manager of Radici USA, the domestic branch of the Italian-based area rug and broadloom manufacturer.
Rossi started with the company in its headquarters in Bergamo, Italy, in 1993 in the product development. In 1996, he became exporting manager. Then three years ago, he was relocated to the USA office as supervisor.
Rossi replaces James Beard, who left the company to join 828 International, based in Greenville, SC, as vp of broadloom operations.
Rossi now reports directly to Marco Bucarelli, vp.
Radici, a $2.5 billion company, manufactures at its Italian headquarters machine-made polypropylene heat-set, wool blends and 100 percent wool rugs and high-end carpeting.
