Polo taps Mitchell for licensing post

NEW YORK — Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation has added Robbin Mitchell to the company as vp, licensee development.
In her new role, she will be responsible for new business proposals and licensee reviews. Mitchell reports to Doug Williams, group president, global business development.
Most recently, Mitchell was senior vp, strategic brand development for Tommy Hilfiger Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for developing strategic initiatives to improve profitability and drive revenue growth for the company's wholesale and licensed divisions.
