Dollar General debuts online holiday solutions center

Goodlettsville, Tenn. – With Christmas now just seven weeks away, Dollar General launched a new Web section that offers gift ideas, recipes holiday planning advice and how-to information on subjects including wrapping and decorating.

"This is another tool we’re providing to help our customers plan ahead and stretch their resources farther during the holidays,” said Todd Vasos, chief merchandising officer.

More than 400 holiday items are featured on the site and are searchable by price and category.
