Licensing association to hold seminar at N.Y. Gift Fair

White Plains, N.Y. – The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association will present a seminar on seeking out licensing affiliations during the next New York International Gift Fair.
The seminar, “Matchmaking: Keys to fidning the Right Licesning Partner,” will be presented by Marty Brochstein, senior vice president of industry relations and information for the association, Christopher Ahlgrim of the art licensing agency Bergen-Wild, and David Niggli, retail, branding, licensing and merchandising consultant.
The 90-minute discussion will take place Feb. 2 at 8 a.m. at the Jacob Javits Center in Room 1E04. Tickets cost $30 in advance and $40 at the door and are available online atwww.nyigf.com/programs.
The seminar is the second licensing-related aspect of the fair, which will also feature the debut of The Licensing Gallery @ NYIGF, a resource to connect surface designers and licensing agents with gift and home manufacturers.
