Guardsman launches area rug protection plans

Grand Rapids, Mich. – Furniture care brand Guardsman, which recently added mattress and pillow protector goods to its protection plan universe, has now extended its offering to include area rugs.

“Customer service is about meeting needs and expectations. 

“The new rug program was requested by our retailers and their customers as an extension of our furniture protection plans,” said Greg Perkins, national sales manager. He added, “These plans protect new area rugs from food and beverage stains, including difficult stains such as mustard, ketchup, wine, and coffee, thus allowing for peace of mind for customers in using their homes and protecting their investments.”
