Russell-Newman acquires Karen Neuburger

San Rafael, Calif. – Luxury intimate apparel and sleepwear supplier Russell-Newman has acquired the KN Karen Neuburger business, an apparel and home lifestyle brand.
KN Karen Neuburger began as a designer sleepwear collection, and has expanded across a range of fashion and home furnishings product categories; the home goods range from an exclusive line at Bon-Ton Stores to a hospitality program.
Dustin Eber will resume his role as president of the KN Karen Neuburger brand, the company said. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed; Russell-Newman is headquartered in Denton, Texas.
