LNT Director Marshall Resigns

Clifton, N.J. — Ron Marshall has resigned from the boards of directors of Linens 'n Things and parent company Linens Holding Co., according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
His resignation was effective June 17.
Marshall was a member of the audit committee of each board. According to the filing, he did not resign due to a disagreement over operations, policies or practices.
No replacement has been named.
