Creative Bath to Make Vera Goods

New York — Creative Bath Products says it has found a silver lining to the gloomy economy through its recent licensing alliance with The Vera Company.
The Vera Company offers contemporary lifestyle interpretations centered on more than 7,000 vintage Vera-branded designs owned by Susan Seid.
Bob Weiss, Creative Bath director of sales and marketing, said Vera designs are "fun, colorful and happy," and "exactly what the marketplace needs — happy things. We are trying to translate this attitude to everything we are trying to accomplish."
For the debut in September during the New York market, Creative Bath expects to launch its Vera line with four to five bath collections and at least two outdoor dining sets, which will each include a tablecloth and napkins by the Vera Company as well as flatware and drinking cups by Creative Bath.
Every item will feature's characteristic "Vera" signature and ladybug. The collection targets mid-tier department stores.
Creative Bath works with several other licenses — Hautman Brothers, Joseph Abboud and Echo Design Group.
