Kohl’s names Boneparth, Jones to board

Menomonee Falls, Wis. – Mid-tier retailer Kohl’s has elected Peter Boneparth and Dale Jones as new board members, effective immediately; they will initially serve on the governance and nominating committee.
Boneparth was most recently president and chief executive officer of major apparel and footwear company Jones Apparel Group.
Jones is evp for leadership development at consulting firm Revolution LLC, and was formerly in the global consumer retail practice and a managing partner of the ceo practice at search firm Heidrick & Struggles.
