York, Pa. — Department store retailer The Bon-Ton Stores announced senior management changes including the retirement of John Gleason, svp corporate credit, and Colleen Golomski, svp human resources; effective dates are Feb. 16 for Gleason and March 1 for Golomski.
Todd Dissinger, who joined the 280-store company in 1997, was promoted from vp to svp, treasurer, risk management and credit and will continue to report to Keith Plowman, evp and cfo.
Denise Domian, who previously was divisional vp human resources at Elder-Beerman, was promoted from vp employment to svp, human resource operations and will continue to report to Dennis Clouser evp human resources. Clouser will also assume responsibility for corporate procurement and operations and information systems.
