Boca Raton, Fla. — Basic bedding producer Hollander Home Fashions has rehired Louis Smith as director of brand management.
Smith, a 16-year veteran in the retail industry, worked for Hollander between 1993 and 1995 as account executive/display director. Prior to that time he worked at Croscill Home Fashions.
His most recent post was vp of sales at Keeco. He also worked in brand and accounts management and product development at Revman International and Sheridan Australia.
Jeff Hollander, ceo of Hollander, said of Smith, “We look forward to the contributions his extensive retail knowledge and experience will have on our business.”
Smith will supervise profitable account growth, product design, developing new product lines and assortments, and increasing the corporate branding representation as well as managing licenses, including Laura Ashley.
