Jaunty Rolls Out New Looks

Los Angeles —Jaunty Co. will provide a range of new rugs in traditional, contemporary, transitional and modern themes at its High Point showroom (D-329), said vp sales Kami Navid.
Among the 15 new patterns in 100% wool are new looks for the Front Page and Key Biscayne collections, which each use mercerized cotton accents. In the Capistrano and Expressions lines, hard-twist yarns add interest.
Prices range from $449 to $599 for the 5' by 8'.
The direct-import hand tufted rugs are carried in department stores, furniture stores, and mass merchants, said Navid, who said many merchants are getting extra bang-for-the-buck by using Jaunty's “Showtime” display system that provides a maximum of samples within a very modest floor space.
