Crown Crafts Names Controller

Gonzales, La. — Crown Crafts Inc. has promoted Robert Wagnon to vp and controller. Wagnon has been with the infant and juvenile soft lines supplier for four years and served as the vp of finance and information systems for Hamco, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, prior to his promotion.
In his new capacity, Mr. Wagnon will oversee the accounting and information systems areas for the company and its subsidiaries. As the company has streamlined operations it merged the finance functions of its California subsidiary into the existing finance department located in Louisiana.
“During his tenure, Rob has demonstrated that he has the ability to handle additional duties and we are pleased to offer him this opportunity,'' stated Crown Crafts cfo Amy Samson.
