Nourison Makes Appointments

Saddle Brook, N.J. — Nourison recently appointed John Cross to the newly created position of director of Georgia operations, reporting to vp Andrew Peykar. Joseph Ramsey was named account executive for the Tennessee and Kentucky region, reporting to Pat Muschamp, national sales manager.
Cross, with more than 15 years of experience in the floor-covering industry, will be the principal liaison between the Calhoun, Ga., broadloom warehouse and the company's corporate headquarters here. At that facility, he will oversee order processing, inventory, claims management, scheduling of on-site inspections, return authorizations and settlement negotiations.
Ramsey was formerly strategic accounts representative for Armstrong World Industries, where he developed and implemented inventory management, profitability enhancement and sales training strategies for clients. He has worked for Sharp Electronics and Anheuser-Busch Inc.
