Cannon Expands Lines

New York —The Cannon division of Li & Fung is expanding its offerings for fall 2006 with the addition of first-ever lines of kitchen textiles and beach towels.
The Cannon Kitchen Textiles Collection offers modern designs in an assortment of coordinating designs and color palettes; products include kitchen towels, classic apron, potholder and oven mitts. Prices for accessories range from $7.99 to $3.99; kitchen towels range from $2.19 to $2.99.
Cannon Beach towels are made of 100% combed cotton with ring-spun loops in four color themes: Fiesta, Shoreline, Sunshine and Pool; retail target is $11.99.
To the bedding area Cannon brings three new comforter sets with complementary sheet sets: Tribeca, NoHo and Gramercy. Two highly textured patchwork-styled comforter sets are also unveiled: Riverside and Carnegie. Print sets are priced at $59.99-$99.99; wovens $79.99-$109.99.
The newest item in the Cannon towel segment is the Landmark Stripe, bringing six color combinations to the collection: white/maize, white/cameo, white/pacific, twilight/plum and aloe/fern. Landmark Stripe is available in bath, hand and wash towels, priced $4.99-$2.99.
