Merged Cos. Form Scout

Millboro, Va. — Bungalow and Park Designs, a pair of home décor companies, have merged to form SCOUT Limited.
Ben Johns has been named ceo. Johns is known as co-founder and president of The Bacova Guild. Marty Metzler will serve as coo, Scout Limited, and president of Park Designs. Tom Bell, co-founder and chairman of Park Designs, will serve in an advisory role. Rob Shriver continues as president of Bungalow.
Scout Limited now commands design, manufacturing, sourcing, sales and customer service capacity for a range of products that includes, from the Bungalow side: flooring, tabletop, bags and home accessories; and from the Park Designs side: textiles, jacquard dish towels, rugs, window treatments, giftware, lamps and shades and ceramics.
