Wal-Mart Chooses Martello

Bentonville, Ark. —Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. has named Wan Ling Martello senior vice president and chief financial officer for its international operations.
Martello, who will join the company at its Arkansas headquarters Nov. 14, has been president, U.S.A., of NCH Marketing Services, Inc. She had been the company's chief operating officer from 1999-2004 and its chief financial officer from 1998-1999.
Prior to NCH, Martello was corporate controller for Borden Foods when owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. She also served for 10 years in various financial positions for Kraft Foods.
