Sperber to Grow Moderate Bedding at W-C Designs

Anaheim, Calif. — Rich Sperber has joined W-C Designs as vice president of sales and marketing for moderate bedding, based at corporate headquarters. His function is to drive moderate bedding business to all channels of distribution. He reports to company president, Patrick McCullagh, and started on Aug. 29.
The company will market through internal brands that address the merchandising of lifestyles and design categories. A new line is in development for the October New York Home Textiles Market.
Sperber added, “W-C Designs has several outstanding brands which create a fabulous umbrella for a well-designed, upscale, moderately-priced bedding line.”
“We are delighted to have Rich join us,” stated McCullagh. “He brings to W-C Designs a great deal of marketing and sales skills, which we know will help us continue to grow our bedding business.”
W-C Designs creates, markets and distributes branded merchandise in bed and bath under the banners of Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Sigrid Olsen. Table linens are designed, marketed and distributed for Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, Calvin Klein, Sigrid Olsen and Villager.
