Textiles Vet to Lead Thomasville Furniture

St. Louis —Home textiles veteran and Target Corp. executive Nancy Webster has been named president and CEO of the Thomasville Furniture Industries division of Furniture Brands International.
Webster has worked since 2003 as vice president of hardlines product design and development at 1,300-store retailer Target. She was responsible for brand development, sourcing strategies, and in-house product design and innovation in all home-related product categories.
She joined Springs Industries in 1998 as vice president of creative development, bed and bath. Webster had earlier been design director at Fieldcrest Cannon Inc.
