Li & Fung Taps Fleischer for RV
VP to Manage Product Development, Merchandising

New York — Li & Fung USA has named Robert Fleischer vice president of merchandising for the Royal Velvet brand.
He will report to Lou Casali, who oversees the Royal Velvet team as senior vice president and general manager of Li & Fung USA.
As vice president of merchandising, Fleischer will manage product development, merchandising and sourcing for the Royal Velvet brand.
Additionally, he will work with Li & Fung's global offices to find and develop product and new manufacturing partners.
Fleischer is a home furnishings industry veteran with more than 20 years in the bed and bath business. Most notably, he was vice president, business development, of Ralph Lauren Home while at WestPoint Stevens, where he spent 15 years of his career. Fleischer recently was director of merchandising at Charles D. Owen Manufacturing Company.
