HFPA Wants Your Opinion

New York —The Home Fashions Product Association is soliciting opinions from members of the industry concerning timing and frequency of the semi-annual New York Home Textiles Market.
To help determine the course of action concerning market weeks, HFPA has developed a survey located at http://www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=WEB2244LBZDJX6.
All companies in the home textiles industry are eligible to vote, even those that are not members of the HFPA. Retailers also may vote. The poll will close after March 1.
The HFPA will accept only one vote per company.
The online ballot allows voting on how many markets there should be each year, which months market should be scheduled and whether the New York Home Textiles Show at the Javits Center should continue to be held concurrently with the showroom market weeks. Industry members may also vote to leave market scheduling as it is — with major markets held in March/April and October, and one official Mini-Market in February.
In addition, the ballot allows voters to write in comments.
