Hancock Expands Board

Baldwyn, Miss. — Hancock Fabrics, Inc. has increased its board to seven members and appointed Wellford Sanders Jr. as a director of the corporation.
Sanders has been a managing director with Wachovia Securities, Inc. since 1997. His prior experience includes 20 years with McGuire Woods, LLP.
