Balta USA expands DC

DALTON, GA — Balta USA Inc. recently completed a 40,000-square-foot expansion to its distribution center — which now encompasses 200,000 square feet total — here at its headquarters, Pat Moyer, president, told HTT.
The one-year-old company, the American-based branch of its Belgium parent company The Balta Group, has updated its distribution center to be fully integrated, computer-driven and state of the art.
In other company news, Balta U.S. will introduce its new Tradewinds collection — an expansion to its popular heat-set polypropylene collections — to debut in July at the Atlanta International Area Rug show.
Tradewinds features transitional, contemporary, and botanical designs in 12 new patterns offered in various sizes. A 5' x 8' is set to retail for between $149 and $199.
