Color their world — bright

HIGH POINT, NC — Color it bright, vibrant, lively.
That's the fashion direction for fabrics for furniture as seen at this month's furniture market here.
Fashion upholstered furniture suppliers took a strong position for color — and lots of it — putting basic beiges and naturals on the perimeters of their showroom presentations.
Even darker colors like rich blues, deep reds and greens were given an extra push with vibrant accents.
Tom Jordan, president of Michael Thomas, remarked, "This is big-time color. We're selling lots of it. One of the best is a violently pink magenta and big, white stripe."
