Frank's ceo resigns

TROY, MI — Chairman and ceo Steve Fishman has resigned from Frank's Nursery & Crafts to pursue other endeavors, the 170-store gardening, seasonal and home decor chain announced, although Fishman will retain a consulting role with the company through April 20, 2003.
His duties will be assumed by Adam Szopinski, currently president and coo.
