Glenoit beefs up mgmt.

NEW YORK — Gearing up for rapid growth as it prepares to emerge from Ch. 11 bankruptcy protection, Glenoit has already begun beefing up its management team, said Barry Leonard, ceo.
"We're reorganizing some of our sales and merchandising and adding a number of people," Leonard told Home Textiles Today.
At Ex-Cell Home Fashions, Allison Sarkozy joins as vp, table top with responsibility for merchandising and sales. Nina Bostick is vp, bath merchandising and sales. Paul Donahue has been named vp, decorative pillow business. Carol Altes is vp, forecasting and inventory control.
On the Glenoit side, Sunita Iser has been named creative director for accent rugs and welcome mats. In addition, Erin Gallagher will handle sales and merchandising for accent rugs and welcome mats.
