SANDPOINT, ID — Coldwater Creek has added Melvin Dick, former partner with Arthur Anderson, as executive vp and cfo.
Dick was the global managing partner of Anderson's technology, media and communications practice. He will have a major role in the company's continued plans to expand its store base.
