Nick Madden named evp of Chris Madden

Port Chester, NY - Nick Madden has been appointed executive vice president of Chris Madden Inc., the iconic home furnishings brand based here that has just finished up a nine-year run at J.C. Penney and is now looking for new licensing opportunities.
According to Chris Madden, president and founder of the brand, "Nick will spearhead a search for new partnerships for the brand, which has generated over $2 billion in retail sales for its partners including Penney, Mohawk Home and Bassett Furniture."
Nick Madden, previously director of brand development for the company, is Chris Madden's son.
The company is working with the brand management and licensing firm Earthbound to identify new partnerships. "This is an exciting time to be expanding this iconic and respected brand into new and fruitful relationships," said Nick Madden.
