Coyuchi adds to assortment

HTT Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 2/4/2013 9:06:21 AM

Berkeley, Calif. - Coyuchi, a pioneer in bringing 100% organic cotton bedding to the United States 20 years ago, has expanded its collections with new sheeting and duvet covers as well as decorative pillows and baby blankets.

New designs include a softer, more feminine in sheeting and duvet lines, while showcasing bold accents in decorative pillows and rugs.

"We are so thrilled to introduce this particularly special product line, which combines our trademark rustically sophisticated style with a softer look to reflect the intrinsic qualities of the spring season," said Matt Levinthal, vp of marketing for Coyuchi.

Building on a palette of warm neutrals, highlights from the collection include the Lace 220 Percale Duvet Cover and Mediterranean Duvet cover with Khadi diamond weave, the brand's first printed sheet collection. Coyuchi has added soft new colors for the 220 Percale Sheets, as well as new rug sizes. In addition to the new textile designs, Coyuchi introduced the brand's first extension into furniture with hand-crafted bed frames and headboards designed using reclaimed barnwood and weathered oak.

The new line will be available at www.Coyuchi.com, in addition to retailers across the U.S. and Canada starting March 11.
