New York - The market was closed yesterday in observance of the Martin Luther King holiday. Today's intraday price at mid-day EST on Cotton #2 futures for March contracts was 79 cents. The price on May contracts was 79 cents.
Today's Cotlook A Index - a basket of prices from the world's major cotton-producing regions - was 86 cents.
