Walmart's Simon to be keynote speaker at NRF Expo in New Year

Washington - Walmart US president and ceo Bill Simon will be among the lineup of keynote speakers at the National Retail Federation's annual Expo in New York next month.
The show will take place Jan. 13-17 at the Javits Convention Center.
Simon will address retailing's role in America's economic renewal on Jan. 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
Thomas Belk Jr., chairman and ceo of Belk department stores, will discuss how retailers deploying of smartphones, mobile and social apps, tablets and other tools to reach consumers on Jan. 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Macy's Terry Lundgren, chairman, president and ceo, will join Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations, to talk about building prosperous nations.
