Jellybean moves into new showroom in Atlanta

Home Textiles Today Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 11/19/2012 12:47:18 PM

Atlanta - Jellybean, a manufacturer of handmade machine-washable novelty accent rugs based here, is opening its first permanent showroom at the AmericasMart in time for the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market.

Located in the Mart's Building 2W in suite 787-A on the 7th floor, the new space also marks the company's new and first "hometown" showroom.

The company is designing the space to present the complete Jellybean line to retailers by featuring category-specific vignettes. The space will be outfitted with the company's many award-winning Jellybean rug fixtures and stocked with its breadth of offerings, including its popular pet, coastal, and garden themes as well as many others.

For the market, which is scheduled Jan. 9-16, Jellybean will introduce nearly 100 new designs, including the "Jellybean with Memory Foam" collection.

"The new showroom is designed to make it easy for buyers to see the full line of rugs and envision creative ways of merchandising the line in their own store to maximize sales," said Rusty Boone, national sales manager. "Having a hometown showroom where all our reps and retailers can meet to work the Jellybean line will be a great asset to everyone involved. The Jellybean® showroom will be a great place to work, brainstorm, relax, recharge, and generally have fun for everyone that enters."

The 2013 Jellybean catalog will be available in December.
