OW Hospitality fetes opening of new London showroom

HTT Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 10/16/2012 1:42:03 PM

London, England - OW Hospitality, the hospitality carpeting arm of the Oriental Weavers Group, will celebrate the grand opening of its new showplace here in Queens Park.

Scheduled for Nov. 8, the event is being held in conjunction with Sleeper Magazine, a hospitality industry trade publication.

The 7,500-square-foot space covers the entire ground floor of the company's corporate offices. OW Hospitality will have a design center servicing the local design and architectural community, and the offices will act as project planning and coordinating hub for the London market. The showroom will also be utilized for training and industry seminars and will be open to industry organizations for meetings, events and mini-shows.

"We really wanted to create a space that not only reflects our company's sense of style and fashion but a very usable space for ourselves and our partner companies in the hospitality business," said Michael Riley, ceo and managing director. "With London being the company's base of operations and the key European city for the global A&D community, it will play a pivotal role for us by having a more significant presence here."
