Macy's marketing chief to address licensing symposium

New York - The Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA), will hold its Second Annual Retail Symposium here next week featuring a variety of speakers, including Martine Reardon, Macy's chief marketing officer.
Other speakers at the event, titled , "How to Collaborate In The New Retail Environment," include Ruby Anik, retail marketing expert, and Char Keefer, senior retail marketing strategist, American Express; Carol Spieckerman, president and ceo, Newmarketbuilders; Raymond Nadeau, creative sirector, Brune Advertising; Fern Lee, ceo, THOR Associates; Christina Norsig, ceo/founder, PopUpInsider; and Martha Van Gelder of theTerry Lundgren Center.
Paco Underhill, founder and ceo of Envirosell, will be the luncheon keynoter. In addition, Neil Friedman (formerly of Mattel and Toys R Us) will participate in a session moderated by Sesame Workshop's Maura Regan, svp and gm, Global Consumer Products.
The event takes place Wednesday, Oct. 10 at The Yale Club beginning with a networking breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and concluding with a cocktail party at 4:30 p.m.
