IFDA presents small-space décor solutions
New York - The New York Chapter of the International Furnishings & Design Association (IFDA) will be hosting a special evening later this month with designer, author and TV personality Libby Langdon.
Dubbed "Living Large in Small Spaces," Langdon's presentation will include tips, tools, and solutions for addressing design dilemmas of the small space dwellings, which are also featured in her book, "Libby Langdon's Small Space."
Scheduled for Oct.25, the event starts with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by the program at 6:45 p.m. It will take place here at Resource Furniture, 969 Third Avenue at 58th St.
In addition to her New York City-based firm, Libby Interiors Inc., Langdon is known for her work as a small space expert on HGTV's "Small Space, Big Style," has been featured regularly on NBC's "LXTV Open House" for one-day makeovers and has appeared on "The Rachael Ray Show" and "The View." Her work also appears in national newspapers and magazines. Most recently, she launched her own furniture and rug collections.
Tickets cost $20 for IFDA members and $35 for their guests and $10 for students.
