Ginsey Home Solutions acquired by private equity firm

McLean, Va. - Bath products supplier Ginsey Home Solutions has been acquired by Gladstone Investment Corportation and members of Ginsey's executive team through a debt and equity transaction totaling $22.5 million.

We look forward to participating in the company's continued growth by building on the success and momentum the management team has developed during the past few years," said Dave Dullum, president of Gladstone Investment.
Gladstone Investment Corporation is a publicly traded business development company that invests in small and mid-sized businesses in the United States through acquisitions, changes in control and recapitalizations.
In 2007, the company was sold to Hunt Private Equity Group, an affiliate of the Dallas-based investment empire of oil baron Ray L. Hunt.
