Loloi Rugs launches Pinterest presence

Dallas -- Loloi Rugs has officially launched its page on Pinterest, a social media website that allows users to upload and share images on a virtual pin-board."Pinterest is an incredibly popular platform for consumers seeking visual inspiration in areas like home decor and fashion, which is just the kind of demographic we want to engage," said Cyrus Loloi, marketing executive, Loloi Rugs.
As of June 28, the company's page has 26 followers and features 11 boards organized by topic. Board topics include rug construction like Shags and Flat Weaves, sources of product inspiration like Passion For Fashion, and trending interior design styles.
The company's product developers "pin" images used for product inspiration to the page, Loloi said. Loloi representatives update the page on an almost daily basis.
"By leveraging Pinterest, we are able to give people a transparent look into the influential sources behind our design," he continued. "In turn, we hope Pinterest users can follow our boards for decorating ideas and ultimately drive traffic to our dealers when they're ready to purchase a rug."
