Gardena, Calif. - Home furnishings retailer Z Gallerie is using its @zgallerie location on social networking pinboard Pinterest to generate consumer involvement for a $5,000 prize.

"Z Gallerie Win Your Pins Sweepstakes" asks Pinterest users to follow the company and pin up their dream room on their own boards using up to $5,000 worth of Z Gallerie merchandise, adding #zgallerie in the comments.

The retailer will randomly select a winner after May 14 and reward him or her with a $5,000 gift certificate so they can purchase the room they designed.
