New York's Newest division to relocate

White Plains, N.Y. - New York's Newest, one of 10 New York International Gift Fair divisions, will move from Pier 92 to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center for the summer 2012 market.
The shift coincides with the repositioning of a new artisan production-sourcing event for U.S.-based importers, direct import retailers and wholesalers called Artisan Resource which will run for three days at New York City's Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 92.
For the summer 2012 NYIGF, New York's Newest will take place Aug. 18-21 in the Javits Center's Hall 1E.
Artisan Resource will run Aug. 19- 21 at Pier 92, with an evening preview for NYIGF exhibitors scheduled for Aug. 18 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The show will present a curated collection of overseas artisan enterprises offering handmade products at export terms from country of origin.
