Icon Honors 2012 Call for Entries closes soon

Atlanta - The Icon Honors 2012 Call for Submissions and Nominations will close on March 15, with all entries received by that date set to compete for accolades in the home and gift industry's annual recognition program.
Retailers, manufacturers, sales agents and service providers can make their submissions and nominations online, including attachments for all entries, which are conveyed as PDF files. The streamlined online process eliminates the need to mail or ship entries and provides entrants with an automatic electronic acknowledgement of their submission or nomination.
Icon Honors is again sponsored by the Gift and Home Trade Association and HTT parent company Sandow Media in partnership with AmericasMart Atlanta.
Icon Honors will be awarded in three categories - Innovation, Contribution or Achievement. Innovationand Contribution Honors are conferred by submission. Achievement Honors are conferred only by independent nomination.
Submissions and nominations will be independently evaluated by a panel of judges from the retail, manufacturing and design communities. The 2012 honorees will be announced prior to the awards celebration, scheduled in Atlanta for July 14 during the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market.
All submissions entered in competition for Innovation and Contribution Honors must be for programs conducted and completed between January 1 and December 31, 2011.
