Orchids Lux Home collection bridges winter and summer

Company touts “easy care” focus across new lines

Orchids Lux Home Dallas – Orchids Lux Home has come up with a new line of bedding that can reverse summer to winter.

The Dual coverlet features a soft cotton velvet on one side for warmth, and a linen on the other side for a cooler option.

The linen side comes in a solid natural colorway as well as a printed paisley pattern dubbed Brady.

“And it’s machine washable, which is very important to us,” noted Uttam Chhatri, director of operations and product. “We’re trying to offer more easy-care products to make our customers’ lives simpler.”

Added Shreya Jain, co-owner: “We want to offer comfort and coziness, while reducing stress. We don’t want our customers to worry about a dry cleaning bill. They can wash this at home.”

Also machine-washable is the cotton cashmere Terrier duvet and sham collection. It is made of a pre-washed cotton for a cashmere touch and no shrinkage, and features a silk sateen border for an added touch of luxury.

The company has many other new introductions showing this week at High Point Market, from its space at the Suites of Market Square. A highlight is the Belgian flax linen bed featuring an Aztec-inspired embroidery on the border that is achieved via a special needlework technique.
