White Plains, N.Y. - National Geographic Image Sales and Williamsburg - the licensing brand that supports the not-for-profit Colonial Williamsburg restoration in Virginia - will make their debut appearances at the Surtex show this spring.

The show for surface design takes place May 20-22 at the Javits Center in New York and will feature more than 300 exhibitors, according to show manager Penny Sikalis, who is also vp of show organizer GLM.

"The National Geographic collection contains more than l0 million images by some of the most talented photographers in the world, from early autochromes and black-and-white prints to state-of-the art digital images," said Sikalis.

About 25% of this year's exhibitors will be new participants in the show, she added.
