Hi there ! Having spent the first day myself on the fair grounds, mainly in hall 3 and 4 , together with the designer section, I am happy to share my feelings. People form many countries talk about a comeback of the traditional textile countries to counterbalance Chinese predominance in many fields. Smaller, more bespoke production runs and geographical and cultural closeness will play a major role in the years to come and will get some business back to where it seemed to have almost disappeared. On a more specific level, prints will be one of the vehicle of change in many until now very conservative and subdued collections. Prints are definitely back in the upholstery market !
